This is class covers some of the most common wild edible plants in the Northwest. The class contains video’s of some plants and pictures of others. There are also some notes on how the plant is eaten, parts of the plant that are edible, and where it grows.
The class includes a guide to wild edible plants that is emailed out as a pdf.
