Personal Journey

I am always looking for healthy ways to enjoy food. Chocolate has been one of those foods I really enjoyed in the past but was not very happy about many of the ingredients on the package of most commercially sold chocolate. Then I discovered these amazing people who make there own and demonstrate for others how to do that. I now get to enjoy sharing the Gift of Healthy Chocolate with you.

I have added a list of ingredients that you may wish to try below. There are so many fun things that you can do with Chocolate.

Coconut Flakes or Coconut milk
Berries Blackberry, Blueberry, Cranberry, Elderberry, Goose Berry, Huckleberry, Raspberry, Salah Berry, Service Berry, and strawberry.

Dried Fruits Apples, Banana, Kiwi, Lemon, Lime, Orange, Mango, Passion Fruit, Peaches, Pears, Persimmon, and Plumbs.

Nuts Almond, Cashew, Hazelnut, Pecan, Pistachio, Pine nut, Walnut.

Seeds Pumpkin, Sesame, Sunflower, Flax, and Chi.

Sweeteners Dates, Stevia, Date sugar, cane sugar, honey.
